It was not exciting at the start but turned out to be a captivating adventure for my whole family, who listened to the story.

Without giving too much away, this book was REALLY good. I don't know what the sequel is trying to achieve but I think it will focus on a cure for the red eye and a trap for factories! The book was really exciting but I thought it would have been more exciting for the story to have ended in this book rather than for there to be a sequel. It will make them think about the world we live in and open their eyes to the plight of endangered animals across the world.At first I thought it was too old for a nine year old boy so my dad read it so we could discuss the plot.
